Use the search bar to type in your topic of interest and a list of relevant articles will appear for you to choose from.
Or, from the Home page, click on a category and then an article relevant to your question or issue.

Getting to the Help Center from the game's Support button helps us get essential info about your game/account status, making it easier for us to assist you. 😎
Here's how to get there:
- Open Hole Stars, and tap on the Menu icon from the game's Main Screen.
- Tap on the Settings icon ⚙️.
- Tap on Support to be taken directly to our Help Center (this will open it in a new web browser).
- Look up your topic to find your answer.
- If you still have questions, click on Send us a message at the bottom of any article, and fill out the contact form.
⭐️ Hole-y Tip: If you don't have access to the game, you can still open the Help Center from a web browser. After you submit a contact form, our Support Team will be more than happy to assist!

Scroll down to the bottom of the article you're on and click on Send us a message.
You'll be directed to the relevant contact form where you can choose the topic you need help with.- Fill out the form. 📝
- Please try to be as detailed and accurate as possible.
- If you’re asking about an issue you experienced, fill in the date the issue started (instead of today’s date).
For purchase inquiries, please attach the receipt from your device's payment platform to the ticket.
