Ready to get merging and earn some fabulous rewards?
In Hole Stars, merge events, like The Dreamy Closet, are special limited-time mini-games where you'll merge different kinds of items to progress through the event and win amazing prizes!
Here's a quick guide to get you started.
👗 How to Play
- Earn Event Energy: You can get Energy (a special type of currency) by completing levels, from promotions, and across different events in the game. This is the key to playing the mini-game.
Make Items: Enter the event and tap the "Producer" to generate items using your Energy.
- Merge for More: Drag two identical items together on the board to create one new, higher-level item. Grayed-out items can't be moved, but you can drag an identical item on top of it to break the tile and create a merged item.
- Fill the Bar: As you create new items, watch the progress bar at the top of the screen fill up. Discover all the items on the progress bar to finish the stage and get a reward. Complete all the stages to get the amazing grand prize.
⭐️ Keep in mind that you'll get your rewards once you return to the Lobby.
✨ Special Producers
Watch your event board for unique producers that shine. These special producers automatically generate items for you, so you won’t need to use Energy.
If the tiles surrounding the special producer are freed up, items will instantly appear there. If there isn't any space nearby, just tap the producer and an item will be generated on an empty tile.
💝 Merge Tips & Rewards
- Rewards Map: To claim your rewards and see what gifts lie ahead, tap the reward icon at the bottom right of the game board.
- Resources: You'll see awesome resources like Lives and Coins pop up on your board as you play. You can either double tap to collect them as soon as you see them, or continue to merge them to increase the reward output.
✨ If you see it sparkle, it means it's been merged to the highest level. Double tap the resource to instantly collect it. - Need More Energy?: You can earn Energy by completing levels in the game. You can also purchase Energy through special promotions to progress faster.
- Info Screen: If you need more tips, just tap the "i" button on the event screen for a quick guide.
