🥶 Fixing Game Crashing or Freezing Issues
If your game isn't loading or closing, try these steps in order:
- Restart your device: Turn your device off and on again to refresh the system.

🌡️ Cooling Down an Overheating Device
If your phone feels warm and starts heating up while playing, try these quick fixes:
- Close background apps: Exit all other open applications before playing.
- Unplug your charger: Avoid charging your device while playing, as this generates significant heat.
- Remove Case: Take off your phone case to help the device cool down faster.

📱 Checking System & Device Requirements
We strongly recommend using devices that comply with the requirements, otherwise, you might experience issues with the game. Please keep in mind that minimum system requirements may change with future updates.

🛠️ Clearing Your Cache (🤖 Android Devices Only)
"Cache" is a temporary storage spot for app files. Clearing it doesn't delete your progress, it just refreshes the app’s "short-term memory" since it removes temporary files that might be slowing the game down.
Here's how to clear your device's cache:
- Make sure the game app is closed.
- Go to your device's "Settings" ⚙️ and go to "Apps".
- Select Hole Stars from the app list.
- Tap "Storage" and select "Clear Cache".
- Restart the game.
